NucNet is pleased to announce the “soft launch” of its new website and web domain www.nucnet.org. All subscribers are asked to confirm that they are receiving news from the new address now.
Existing subscribers to the NucNet news and information service are receiving daily nuclear news updates from our new website address ("From: noreply@nucnet.org") and in parallel also from our former address ("From: outmail@worldnuclear.org") during a transitional period.
To complete the changeover to the new system and stop the "double sends" please email our customer relationship manager Gábor Besenyei (gabor.besenyei@nucnet.org) to confirm that you are receiving news from the new address.
Once we receive your confirmation email we will issue you with a user name and password for the new website and the NucNet Database.
In the meantime, the old website (www.worldnuclear.org) will continue to operate in parallel with the new site and you will be able to access it with your existing User ID and password.
In case you do not yet receive the service from our new web site, probability is high that a spam or junk mail filter withhelds messages with the new sender address noreply@nucnet.org. In order to solve this problem put "nucnet.org" on the filters' "white list" or "safe senders list". Also ask your IT system administrator to do. Often there is a filter not only in your personal computer's email programme, but also in the LAN server system and at the level of the Internet service provider.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email our editor-in-chief at david.dalton@nucnet.org or Gábor Besenyei at gabor.besenyei@nucnet.org
