2 Jul (NucNet): The Ohi-3 nuclear unit in Japan reached criticality early this morning (Monday) Japan time, making it the first reactor to return to service after all nuclear power stations in Japan were taken off-line following the March 2011 Fukushima-Daiichi accident.
