Regulator Approves First Reactor Restarts In Japan

27 May (NucNet): Japan’s Nuclear Regulation Authority has approved the safety of the Sendai nuclear power station’s two reactor units, paving the way for the first reactor restarts since all the country’s units were shut down following the Fukushima-Daiichi accident in March 2011.
