10 Dec (NucNet): Belgium’s nuclear regulator has approved the restart of the Doel-4 nuclear reactor, which has been shut down since 6 August 2018 when operator Engie Electrabel discovered concrete degradation in a bunkerised building that houses backup safety systems.
