27 Jun (NucNet): The containment dome of China’s Fuqing-4 has been lifted into place, the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) said.
The lifting of the 128-tonne dome took 70 minutes to complete on 24 June.
The Fuqing site has four Chinese CPR-1000 design pressurised water reactors under construction.
