Long-Term Radioisotope Supply Still Unstable, Says NEA

29 Jun (NucNet): The long-term supply of technetium-99m (Tc-99m) is no more stable or secure than it has been during recent shortages because the market has still not addressed the underlying problem of an “unstable economic structure”, a report by the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) says.
