21 Aug (NucNet): The Joint Review Panel (JRP) of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) has issued a site preparation licence to Ontario Power Generation (OPG) for its proposed new nuclear power station project next to the existing Darlington site near Toronto.
