25 Nov (NucNet): The South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (Necsa), Russia’s Atomstroyexport and Germany’s Nukem Technologies have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop “complex capital projects and facilities in the nuclear industry” in South Africa, the companies said in a statement.
