9 Nov (NucNet): Romanian nuclear power operator Nuclearelectrica and China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN) have signed a memorandum of understanding on the development, construction, operation and eventual decommissioning of the planned Cernavoda-3 and -4 units in eastern Romania, Nuclearelectrica said in a statement today.
