Plans are being put on hold because of economic situation
Argentina is to shelve plans for the joint construction of a nuclear power plant with Russia due to domestic economic difficulties, but it is still interested in the venture, Argentine ambassador to Russia Ricardo Lagorio said, according to news reports.
