Units approaching end of initial 30-year design life
Canadian company Candu Energy has begun pre-design and engineering work with the operator of the Qinshan 3 nuclear power station in China as part of efforts to extend the operating lifetimes of the two Candu nuclear power plants near Shanghai by 30 years.
