Move follows 2024 referendum in favour of reactor deployment
China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), which has already secured a contract to build Kazakhstan’s second commercial nuclear power station, will now lead the construction of a third facility, first deputy prime minister Roman Sklyar said, according to local press reports.
