China Willing To Take Bigger Risks Than US And Europe To Win Fusion Race, UK Politicians Told

21 Sep (NucNet): China is the biggest investor in nuclear fusion R&D and is willing to take bigger risks than the rest of the world as the government in Beijing tries to develop a device “more powerful than the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor” (Iter) that could be producing electricity in the 2030s, a parliamentary committee in the UK has been told.
