‘No change in status’ of Cigar Lake uranium mine
Canada-based uranium company Cameco announced today that it is resuming production at its Port Hope conversion facility’s uranium hexafluoride (UF6) plant and its Blind River refinery in Ontario, both of which were placed in temporary safe shutdown because of the coronavirus pandemic.
