Court Says Berlin Must ‘Completely Rework’ Nuclear Phaseout Compensation Plans
The Vattenfall case was against the German government relating to the nuclear power plants Brunsbüttel (pictured), Krümmel and Mülheim-Kärlich.
Germany must completely rework its system of financial compensation for energy companies hit by the nuclear power phaseout, the Federal Constitutional Court ruled on Thursday.
