Direct Economic Benefit Of Reactor Project Stands At £3 Billion, Says EDF

The direct economic benefit of the Hinkley Point C nuclear station to the southwest of England now stands at over £3bn – double the original target –and more than 1,300 regional businesses are part of the supply chain, EDF said in a report on the socio-economic impact of the project.
