21 Feb (NucNet): The European Commission could help the nuclear energy industry by encouraging investment in new reactors through favourable policies such as longer capacity contracts and the use of financing models used by other low-carbon technologies, Cosmin Ghita, chief executive officer of Romanian nuclear operator Nuclearelectrica, said.
