25 Sep (NucNet): The European Union remains “firmly convinced” of the benefits of multilateral approaches to the nuclear fuel cycle and had hoped to see the proposed International Atomic Energy Agency multinational low-enriched uranium (LEU) bank already completed, it said in a statement.
