Move follows signing into law of Illinois state energy package
Exelon Generation has announced that following Illinois governor J.B. Pritzker’s signing into law of comprehensive energy legislation for the state on 15 September, it has reversed its decision to retire four nuclear plants at its Byron and Dresden nuclear power stations.
