The BN-800 fast neutron reactor at the Beloyarsk nuclear power station near Yekaterinburg in central Russia has been reconnected to the grid after a scheduled outage with the core fully loaded for the firt time with commercial mixed oxide uranium-plutonium (MOX) fuel.
