US-based Westinghouse Electric Company and Finnish utility and nuclear operator Fortum have agreed to partner in the development, licensing, and delivery of nuclear fuel for the Loviisa nuclear power station, which has two-Russia designed VVER-440 reactor units in commercial operation.
