Agency experts raised concerns about some safety practices at the nuclear site
France’s nuclear safety authority ASN has made public a 2019 International Atomic Energy Agency report on the Generation III Flamanville-3 EPR nuclear power plant under construction in Normandy that raised concerns about safety practices at the site.
