Russia excluded as Sofia sets February deadline for expressions of interest
The Bulgarian government has started the initial tender process to build a new Westinghouse AP1000 plant at the Kozloduy nuclear station by issuing a call for expressions of interest from companies wishing to participate in the construction process, Bulgarian state-owned company Kozloduy NPP-New Build said in a document issued on 22 January.
