Discussions with multiple parties that have expressed an interest in progressing with the development of new nuclear reactors at the Wylfa Newydd site in Anglesey, north Wales, have been “positive and encouraging”, the chief executive officer of Horizon Nuclear Power said in a letter to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
