13 Jun (NucNet): There were shortcoming in the safety culture at the Shin-Kori nuclear power plant in South Korea which led to “an inability to counter errors” in handling a blackout that occurred at the plant earlier this year, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has said.
