Energy policy says reactor restarts are key to meeting emissions targets
Shikoku Electric Power Company has restarted Unit 3 at the Ikata nuclear power station in Ehime Prefecture, southwest Japan, bringing the number of commercial power reactors in operation in the country to eight out of a possible 33.
