It is clear that France is preparing to build new nuclear power plants and the best way to deliver them while bringing down costs is to build them in pairs, EDF chairman Jean-Bernard Lévy said.According to Le Monde newspaper Mr Lévy said plans to build new nuclear plants were “part of the mission” he was given when he was appointed five years ago.
