14 May (NucNet): Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry has approved a budget of about $44m for nuclear innovation in fiscal year 2019, Yasuo Komano, president of the Atomic Energy Society of Japan told the International Congress on Advances in Nuclear Power Plants (ICAAP) conference in France yesterday.
