Inaugural ceremony breaks ground onsite for proposed APR-1400 PWRs
South Korea’s Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) held a ceremony on Monday to break the ground for construction of Units 3 and 4 of the Shin Hanul nuclear power station on the Asian country’s eastern coast.
