The Swiss Federal Nuclear Safety Inspectorate (Ensi) said suspected oxidation problems on the cladding material of some fuel rods at the single-unit Leibstadt nuclear station were caused by harmless deposits known as crud.Ensi said because of the findings it had revised its original Level 1 finding on the International Nuclear and Radiological Events Scale (INES) to Level 0.
