Two-unit project is behind schedule and significantly over budget
The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has launched a special inspection at Southern Company’s Vogtle nuclear power station in Georgia to identify what led to remediation work at Unit 3, one of two Westinghouse AP1000 plants under construction at the site.
