3 Jan (NucNet): Ontario’s energy regulator has approved Ontario Power Generation’s plan to begin charging consumers in 2020 for the CAD$12.8bn ($10.2bn, €8.5bn) refurbishment of reactors at the Darlington nuclear power station.
