Paks Nuclear Station Gets Fuel Shipment From Russia By Air
Paks is Hungary’s only commercial nuclear power station and provides about 48% of the country’s electricity.
Hungary received the first shipment of nuclear fuel for its Paks nuclear power station from Russia by air on Wednesday, after the war in Ukraine made shipping by rail impossible, foreign minister Peter Szijjarto said on Thursday, according to local press reports.
