20 Oct (NucNet): Senior political figures in the US today sent a letter to Electricité de France and Constellation Energy urging the two companies to start immediate negotiations to reach agreement on a plan to proceed with the development of a third reactor at Calvert Cliffs nuclear power plant in the state of Maryland.
