28 Sep (NucNet): Russia has opened a shelter for the defuelling of the former Soviet icebreaker service ship Lepse, marking a significant step forward in its programme to overcome the legacy of the operation of nuclear-powered ships, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development said.
