Sendai Reactors Get Green Light To Operate For Another 20 Years
The Sendai-1 nuclear plant to operate until 2044 and Sendai-2 to 2045.
Japan's Nuclear Regulation Authority (NRA) has approved an extension of the operating lifetimes of two reactors at Kyushu Electric Power Company’s Sendai nuclear power station beyond 40 years.
