South Korea’s Hyundai Engineering and Construction will be invited to submit a binding bid to build Bulgaria’s proposed Kozloduy-7 and -8 nuclear power units using Westinghouse’s AP1000 reactor technology, according to Delyan Dobrev, chairman of the national parliament’s energy commission.
