Exelon plans to close four reactors this year
An energy proposal in Illinois that would keep four reactors at the state’s Byron and Dresden nuclear power plants online while providing incentives for wind and solar generation is likely to be approved by Illinois lawmakers and signed into law by the governor, according to a news report by Capitol News Illinois.
