Tihange-2 Shuts Down For Good, Bringing Number Of Reactors To Five
Unit 2 at theTihange nuclear station has been permanently shut down after 40 years of operation.
The Tihange-2 nuclear power plant in Belgium was permanently shut down at 10:45 local time on 31 January after 40 years of operation, making it the second reactor to be permanently shut down in the country.
