Sweden’s Forsmark nuclear power plant announced today that recent modifications – worth approximately 500 million Swedish kronor (54.7 million euros) and including the replacement of three low-pressure turbines – have increased the capacity of the Forsmark-3 reactor unit by 30 megawatts (MW) and its annual output by approximately 0.245 terawatt hours (TWh).
