Operator denies press reports it has been asked to keep open option of restart
The Doel-3 nuclear power plant in Belgium is scheduled to stop operating on Friday (23 September) in line with the government’s nuclear phaseout law, but press reports claim the prime minister has been negotiating options for mothballing and possible later restarts.
