Agreement with US company marks beginning of new era in nuclear energy sector, says Kiev
Westinghouse Electric Company and Energoatom, the state-owned nuclear utility of Ukraine, have signed a contract in Kiev to build two new Westinghouse AP1000 nuclear power plants at the existing Khmelnitski nuclear station.
