12 Mar (NucNet): Westinghouse Electric Company today announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (Necsa) to “investigate and cooperate” in the development of local fabrication capabilities for fuel assembly components.
