Baltic nation should deploy small modular reactors with first unit potentially operating in 2035
A national working group on nuclear energy has recommended the construction of a small modular reactor (SMR) nuclear power station in Estonia, saying it would contribute to the Baltic country’s climate objectives, security of supply and stability of the energy system.
