Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, has renewed calls for new sanctions against Russia that would “necessarily block the Russian nuclear industry” and said his forces will target Russian soldiers who shoot at or from Europe’s largest nuclear power station at Zaporizhzhia.
