14 Mar (NucNet): Engineering and project management company Amec has formed a partnership with Exelon Nuclear Partners, a division of US nuclear fleet operator Exelon Generation, to explore opportunities in new markets across the international energy sector, including nuclear.
The UK-based company said the partnership will focus on both the nuclear new-build and existing reactor markets, providing an engineering, consultancy, project management and operations support services.
A statement said the partnership will target major projects in markets such as the Middle East and mainland Europe.
