27 Aug (NucNet): The Sanmen-2 Generation III+ Westinghouse AP1000 nuclear reactor unit in Shandong province, northeast China, was connected to the grid at 05:22 local time on 24 August 2018, developer China State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation said.
