Production likely to be about 40% down on last year, says uranium miner
Canada-based Cameco is planning to restart its Cigar Lake uranium mine in northern Saskatchewan at the beginning of September after shutting it down in March and placing the facility in safe care and maintenance mode due to the threat posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
