12 Jan (NucNet): The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s decision not to adopt a proposal that would have required markets to compensate “fuel-secure” baseload electricity generation was a “missed opportunity” to support nuclear plants whose attributes, including resiliency and reliability and which are not being fairly valued in the market, the nuclear industry has said.
