Nuclear Industry Is Finding Solutions To ‘Three Major Challenges’

The nuclear industry in Russia is finding solutions to the sector’s three major challenges of costs and timelines, overregulation and increasingly diversified client needs, a conference heard.Vadim Titov, senior vice-president of Rusatom International Network, told the World Nuclear Association Symposium in London that “we often struggle as an industry with costs and timelines”. He said Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom has found that “serial construction using deigns we have tested at home” can help with this.
